We have two units that were 20 years old and knew they needed to be replaced. A co-worker used ClimateSmith and he was very pleased with their service and product knowledge so we asked for a quote. We decided on the spot to go with ClimateSmith. The techs arrived on time and had both systems up and running in 2 days. (They wouldn't leave the first day until at least one unit was fully operational so we would have air conditioning). I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.
